Anger, At Risk Teenagers, Family/Marital Issues, Fears & Phobias, Grief, Relationships, Stress and Anxiety, Women Issues, Trauma (accident/single event), Trauma Complex (PTSD, multiple considerations), Trauma from Abuse (physical, emotional, mental, sexual, etc.)

I work with adult children of alcoholics and drug dependent parents, with folks struggling to set and adhere to healthy boundaries, with couples with communication problems, with sexual abuse survivors, with those suffering from relationships with narcissists, with people having a hard time with loss - of relationships, of loved ones, of identity... And I guide people who are finding that their 'mother wounds' have kept them from having healthy relationships - with themselves and/or others. I am also trained as a mediator and negotiator, which comes in handy at times! Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Matrix Reimprinting, Dream Building, Compassionate Communication and Listening, (NVC)... are all found in my toolbox. I have been tapping for about 16 years, and took my first formal course, (after devouring all of Gary Craig's videos, subscribing to his newsletter...), in 2012 with Dawson Church and Alina Frank. I have subsequently taken courses with numerous other EFT and Matrix Reimprinting trainers and continue to do my own work with other Practitioners. I spend part of my life travelling and working. I love Zoom but am not so keen on the wet, cold winter weather of the BC coast!
