I’ve spent most of my professional life as a teacher and have lived in several countries, driven by a love for exploring new cultures and languages. This journey of constant reinvention has been exciting, but it has also brought challenges—particularly the search for a sense of belonging. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) has been a transformative tool in my life, helping me navigate these experiences with greater ease and balance.
I discovered EFT over a decade ago, and it has since become my go-to method for overcoming anxiety, breaking through limiting beliefs, and creating healthier habits. By addressing the emotions and memories stored in the body, EFT allows us to release what no longer serves us, paving the way for personal growth and self-compassion.
Today, I use tapping regularly to manage life’s ups and downs, and I am passionate about helping others do the same. My focus is on supporting clients to work through anxiety, challenges with low self-esteem, overcome limiting beliefs, and achieve their goals—whether that’s starting a new chapter in life, gaining confidence, or breaking free from patterns that feel unshakable.
I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their inner selves, process emotions, and move forward with clarity and empowerment. I use clinical EFT techniques, as well as more advanced Energy Psychology techniques, Inner Child Work, etc. Together, we can turn challenges into stepping stones for a more fulfilling life.
