Tell Your Nervous System the War is Over: Rooted Healing for Pregnancy, Infertility, Birth Trauma, Motherhood and the Midlife Transition
I believe that your symptoms are not malfunctions—they are messengers. Whether you are navigating a stressful pregnancy, the heartbreak of infertility, the echoes of a traumatic birth, or the overwhelming heat of midlife burnout, your body is simply speaking the words your heart was once forced to keep quiet.
I am Janet Cooper Haas, a clinical EFT practitioner dedicated to helping women navigate the visceral trials of the feminine arc. My work is deeply personal; I came to EFT through my own journey of healing complex trauma, breaking generational cycles, and reclaiming my vitality. I know what it feels like to live in a body that feels like a battlefield, and I know the liberation that comes when you finally find your way home to yourself.
My areas of specialization include:
🌿Infertility & Pregnancy: Healing the "chemical echoes" of stress and trauma stored in the womb to create a space of safety and receptivity
🌿Birth Trauma: Gently processing and discharging the survival energy of a difficult birth experience—yours or your baby's—so you can move from "bracing for impact" to being present in your life
🌿Midlife & Menopausal Burnout: Navigating the threshold of perimenopause when decades of unmet emotional needs and people-pleasing patterns often peak as physical exhaustion or rage
🌿Intergenerational Healing: Breaking the mother/father wounds and inherited family patterns you’ve worked so hard to escape
In our sessions, we don’t just talk about your history; we rewire your subconscious blueprint. I provide a profound, safe, and non-judgmental space where we use evidence-based EFT Tapping to signal to your nervous system that the war is over. You don't have to relive your trauma to release it—you simply have to be willing to tend to your roots.
I am here to help you stop surviving your history and start living in a body that feels like home. Let’s clear the path for you—and for the generations that follow.
