I am an ICF trained Life Coach based in Nairobi, Kenya, East Africa. I coach Kids (8+), Teens, Adolescents and Adults. I use Clinical EFT in my coaching practice as a coaching intervention together with other techniques such as NLP, Time Line Therapy and Family constellations. My coaching style is holistic, that focuses on the whole person based on an inside out approach with the belief that "what you are looking for is within you." I am also a ACC ICF Certified Coach and a certified Kids Life Coach.
